Daily 20 Official Rules

Draft effective date: August 21, 2026 · Sponsor: Big League Ballpark Inc. (d/b/a HeyBLU)

1. Overview

Daily 20 is a promotional sweepstakes (random drawing). Eligible entrants who submit a valid entry during a contest week are entered into that week’s drawing for a prize. Skill metrics such as strike percentage are not used to select the winner.

2. Sponsor

Big League Ballpark Inc., doing business as HeyBLU, 1001 Bridgeway, Sausalito, CA 94965, USA (support@heyblu.ai). Apple Inc. is not a sponsor, administrator, or involved in any way with this promotion.

3. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (state restrictions may apply; void where prohibited).
• The adult entrant enters on behalf of a household or coaching relationship. Do not put a child’s legal name, school, or contact information on the Wall of Fame display name.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family of the Sponsor may be excluded from winning at Sponsor’s discretion in the final counsel-approved rules.

4. How to enter (standard method)

1. Complete a practice session of about 20 pitches in the HeyBLU iOS app (trial or paid subscription).
2. Share or save the session heatmap / report image from Session Summary.
3. On heyblu.ai/daily20, upload the image, provide a Wall of Fame display name, an adult email address, and accept these Official Rules and the 18+ attestation.

Limit: one entry per email address per calendar day (U.S. Pacific Time). Multiple heatmaps the same day with the same email will be rejected.

5. No purchase necessary — alternate method of entry (AMOE)

Starting a HeyBLU free trial or paid subscription is not required to enter. To enter without using the app, mail a postcard with: (1) your name, (2) adult email address, (3) a short description of a 20-pitch practice session (date and approximate location), and (4) the words “Daily 20 AMOE,” to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the contest week and received within seven (7) days after that week ends. One mail-in entry per email per day. Sponsor will treat a valid AMOE as one eligible entry for the applicable week’s drawing.

6. Contest week and drawing

• Each contest week runs Monday 12:00 a.m. through Sunday 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (or as otherwise stated on the Daily 20 page).
• Winner selection: random drawing among all eligible entries for that week.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• Sponsor will notify the potential winner by email at the address provided. Failure to respond within seven (7) days may result in forfeiture and an alternate draw.

7. Prize

Weekly prize and approximate retail value (ARV) will be stated on the Daily 20 page for the then-current week (e.g., bat or HeyBLU merch; placeholder until finalized). Prize is non-transferable except at Sponsor’s discretion. No cash alternative unless required by law. Winner is responsible for any taxes.

8. Publicity / Wall of Fame

By entering, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive license to display your submitted heatmap image and Wall of Fame display name on heyblu.ai and related HeyBLU channels. Your email address is not shown on the public wall.

9. Email and marketing

• We use your email to administer the contest (including winner notification).
• Marketing / product news emails are sent only if you check the optional marketing box on the entry form. Contest entry is not conditioned on marketing consent.

10. Disqualification

Sponsor may disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or that violate these rules or the spirit of fair play (including attempts to game skill-based metrics). Uploaded images must be genuine HeyBLU session heatmaps or reports from a real practice session.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries; technical failures; or printing / administrative errors. By entering, you agree to release Sponsor from claims arising from participation or prize acceptance, except where prohibited.

12. Winner list

For a list of winners for a completed week, email support@heyblu.ai with subject “Daily 20 Winner List” within 60 days after that week ends.

13. Governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited.
